Festival permit
This interesting permit issued at Newtownards in County Down, Ireland, in 1923, allows
William Brown "to be out between 12pm and 5am for the purpose of attending a Masonic festival." It was issued on Chrsitmas Eve.
It's being sold at Whyte's in Dublin on April 23 and is expected to fetch about £100.
